Asheville Framing & Building has all of the skill and tools needed to install asphalt shingles; architectural or 3-tab. Many times a local roofing company may not be available to come in and put on the shingles immediately after the framing is complete. The Contractor wants that roof on as quickly as possible to avoid any possible leaks or water damage. This is where we come in. After the framing is complete, the crew usually gets the windows, doors, and exterior protectant paper on the house while others begin the shingles. Everyone working together to get the home totally "In the Dry" and to allow the electrician, plumber, and HVAC contractor to begin rough-in on the inside of the structure.

We have harnesses to use as fall protection if necessary and we regularly discuss safety issues on the jobsite. The roofing is very important when choosing shingle styles and colors. There are also so many accents you can add to your roof including adding some copper trim in certain areas, etc. We have many different local suppliers in the area that could introduce you to many great new ideas.
