Then we come up with a remodel design plan - Once we do the evaluation, we then confirm in written detail the scope of work that we discussed.

After we have all the details we will then price it accordingly either by hourly work or by contract amount. We would tell you how much this project would cost and discuss your acceptance of this proposal. At this point we would discuss the time-line of the project and payment details, including a bonus discount with a signed contract and deposit, if price is accepted within 72 hours.
