Asheville Framing & Building assisted D. Michael Ward Construction in framing the center section of this very large structure in West Asheville called the Crest Condominiums. AFB worked on drying in the center area while Greg and Jason of D. Michael Wards' other crews completed some of the other many areas of the building.

Home of Mr. Joe Golino

Asheville Framing & Building framed this Energy-Efficient home for Mr. Joe Golino of Asheville Construction. After the framing was complete, AFB installed the windows and pre-painted siding on this home. Both of our companies have great overall attitudes and it kept this job very positive and productive.

Staff Dormitory at the Christian Camp - Young Life / Windy Gap in Weaverville North Carolina

AFB did the rough framing on this Staff Dormitory at the Christian Camp - Young Life / Windy Gap in Weaverville North Carolina. McCarroll Construction was the General Contractor over this project. The Superintendent for McCarroll was Travis Bradley and he was superb in his management of this job.

Extreme Drywall did a great job on the sheetrock work. DPI Grading did all of the grading and site work… and they even helped us with some hauling and material moving on this difficult site. Thank you. B&B Plumbing got the plumbing installed perfect while R&W Inc. did a wonderful HVAC job. Pearson Roofing of Waynesville completed the roofing on this dormitory. South Asheville Custom Paint did the complete interior and exterior paint job.



House in Swannanoa NC

Asheville Framing and Building did the rough framing on this house in Swannanoa NC for Meinch Construction. Our team actually took a little longer than we planned doing detailed rough framing but as you can see, the end result was great. The rough framing on this home was superb! AFB did the framing of the Pavilion in Southcliff in Fairview for Briarwood Construction of Asheville. This was a great outdoor project for the Summer of 2006. The finished project is beautiful and attracts many visitors in the subdivision. Shane Hipps Masonry did all of the masonry and rock work on this Pavilion while Asheville Framing built the structure. Rob Nagle was the project manager for Briarwood Construction.

Home in West Asheville

Asheville Framing and Building did the rough framing on this project in West Asheville for Pioneer Construction. This was a simple 2 week spec home framing project and it is one of the best looking homes on this street off of Haywood Road.



Social Hall on Lake James in the 1780 Development

Asheville Framing and Building built this Social Hall on Lake James in the 1780 Development. This place is beautiful. Some of the crew did not know if they should take a few days off and relax on the dock or get the framing done. We ended up doing both as we were still way ahead of schedule. Briarwood Construction was the Contractor/Builder on this beautiful project that will make history in this area.



Spec home project for Asheville Building and Real Estate

AFB did the complete framing on this spec home project for Asheville Building and Real Estate, Mr. Alfonso Lorenzo of Al's Contractors, Inc. and Mr. Bob Anderson of Stonewood Mountain Properties. Mr. Gary Demyan put this spec project plan together. The foundation was previously installed and was originally supposed to be used for a personal home for Gary. Asheville Framing also installed the Andersen Windows and Hardi-Plank siding on this beautiful Cape Cod. Electrician on this job was Ken Pearson Electrical, Plumber was Jeff's Quality Plumbing, HVAC was installed by Air For Less, and the cabinets were completed by Mr. Shane Hollifield of Carolina Cabinets & More.



Unity Center remodel in Cherokee

Asheville Framing and Building completed the rough framing on the Unity Center remodel in Cherokee for Perry Bartsch Jr. Construction of Asheville. Mr. Steve Ahn was the Project Manager on this job and he was awesome. Steve Ahn's project management along with the Superintendent Charlie Frizzell's site management skill, made this job a great success.
